Obituary for Linda Mae Gray

Linda Mae Gray, 64, of Oxford, PA, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.

She was the wife of Marshall D. Arrowood, Jr.


Born in Johnstown, PA she was the daughter of Harry and Margaret Scholly Gray of Rising Sun, MD.


Linda was a veteran of the US Army and served in the Army Reserves for 20 years.


She was employed by Twin Pines Nursing Home as an administrative assistant retiring in 2017.


Linda enjoyed playing Bingo, Delaware Park and especially spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband; parents; one son, William J. Arrowood of Oxford; one grandson, David Arrowood; and three brothers, Terrance Gray of Willow Street, PA, Richard Gray of Quarryville, PA and Brian Gray of Newark, DE.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Gray.


A memorial service with full military honors will be held 12 Noon Saturday, April 7, 2018, VFW Post 6027, 815 Turkey Point Rd, North East, MD, where friends and family may visit from 10 – 12 Noon.


Interment will be private.


In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Folds of Honor, 8551 North 125th East Ave., suite 100, Owasso, OK 74055.


Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Edward L. Collins, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc
