Betty M. Rivera, 81, of Oxford, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.

She was the wife of the late Jose Rivera.

Born in West Grove, PA she was the daughter of the late Veril J. and Bessie M. McComsey Brown.

Betty loved nature, birds, fishing, mountains, and reading.

She is survived by her son, Wayne A. Rivera of Quarryville, PA; three daughters, Linda Rosa, Carol Klingerman, and Connie Rivera all of Oxford; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Harold Brown of Downingtown; and two sisters, Dottie Bolt of East Waterford and Nancy Ortega of Oxford. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Saturday, March 31 at the Edward L. Collins, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. 86 Pine St., Oxford, PA.

Relatives and friends may call Saturday, March 31, from 10:00am-12:00 noon.

Interment will be in Oxford Cemetery.
